Lithium Salicylate Monohydrate has been shown to have pharmacological properties, including analgesia, anti-inflammatory activity, and antipyretic effects. Its mechanism of action may be due to its ability to inhibit cyclooxygenase and prostaglandin synthesis. This drug is also used as a polymerization inhibitor in the manufacture of polyurethane foam.
