Product Information
OJV-VI is a drug that has been shown to have significant cytotoxicity against tumor cells and normal cells. It can be used for the treatment of bowel diseases, such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. OJV-VI also has an effect on mitochondrial membrane potential, which may lead to apoptosis. OJV-VI has been shown to activate toll-like receptor 4, leading to increased expression of inflammatory cytokines (e.g., IL-6). This drug also inhibits glucose uptake in cells by inhibiting catecholamine release and the translocation of GLUT4 vesicles to the cell surface.
