Description

Thiethylperazine dimaleate is a drug that has been used in the treatment of cancer. It is a neuroleptic drug that is also used to treat behavioral disturbances, such as hyperactivity and aggression. Thiethylperazine dimaleate is marketed as Prolixin Decanoate in the United States, and has been shown to have single-dose pharmacokinetics in humans when injected intramuscularly. This drug binds to the CB2 receptor, which may be associated with its anti-cancer effects. The clinical relevance of this drug has not yet been determined.
