Product Information
10-Methyl-3,10-diazabicyclo[4.3.1]decan-4-one is a synthesized molecule that has been shown to reduce spasms in the gastrointestinal tract by blocking the action of acetylcholine on smooth muscle. This drug also has an antispasmodic effect on the uterus and is used as an antiemetic (a drug that relieves nausea) for motion sickness. 10-Methyl-3,10-diazabicyclo[4.3.1]decan-4-one is structurally related to other compounds such as azabicyclo and amides, which are used for their spasmolytic activity and ability to induce sleep. It also has been shown to have anticancer properties, but its role in cancer treatment is not well understood.
