Description:
8-Hexyloxy-3-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)-2H-chromen-2-one is a potent, reversible inhibitor of the enzyme phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4). It has been used to study protein interactions and as a research tool for studying ion channels and their function. 8-Hexyloxy-3-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)-2H-chromen-2-one is also used as an antibody labeling agent to identify PDE4 in Western blotting.
