Product Information
Croverin is an undescribed chemical compound that has been shown to have anticancer properties. It inhibits transcription factors such as NF-κB and β-amyrin, which are involved in cancer cell proliferation. Croverin also inhibits the activity of crovatin, a furanoid with anticancer activity. In vitro cytotoxicity studies showed that Croverin inhibited the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting the translocation of crovatin into the nucleus and causing apoptosis.
