It has been shown to have an anticancer effect against cells in culture and also inhibits the growth of tumors in mice. D-Leucine-d10-N-Fmoc is a molecule with a structure similar to celecoxib, a selective COX 2 inhibitor that is currently used for treatment of arthritis.
