It has been shown to act as an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 4, showing potential for the treatment of neuropathic pain. N-(4-(Biphenyl-4-yl)thiazol-2-yl)-6methylpyridin 2 amine has been shown to bind to the receptor GPR55. This receptor is expressed in cells involved in the inflammatory response and can be activated by some cannabinoids.
