Product Information

Name:
Toll-Like Receptor 7 Ligand II
Description:

Toll-like receptor 7 ligand II is a molecule that activates Toll-like receptor 7, which is a pattern recognition receptor. It has been shown to be clinically effective in the treatment of autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis. Toll-like receptor 7 ligand II binds to its receptors on the surface of immune cells and induces the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) and interleukin 1beta (IL1β). This molecule also blocks the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL10. Toll-like receptor 7 ligand II is currently being developed for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.
