Pentyl Valerate is a fatty acid that is found in many natural oils and fats. It has been shown to be an interactive compound, with a number of effects on other chemicals. Pentyl Valerate has a hydroxyl group, which can form a hydrogen bond with the surface of another molecule. The chemical structure of Pentyl Valrate consists of two methyl groups attached to an anthranilic acid molecule.
