Description:
Ethyl N,N-diethylaminoacetate is a hydroxy derivative of the ester ethyl N,N-diethylaminoacetate. This compound has been shown to have a high affinity for skin cells and can be used as a diagnostic tool for the detection of disease. When applied to urine samples, it can be used as a marker for kidney disease. It has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties in rats with x-ray crystal structures and an antihistamine effect in rat tissue.
