Tri-o-tolyl Borate is a reactive, non-small molecule that has been shown to inhibit the activity of cell lung cancer and lung cancer. The tri-o-tolyl borate reacts with amines in the cell membrane to form a phosphite group. This inhibits the growth of cancer cells by preventing DNA replication and protein synthesis.
