This product is used in the production of polymers, resins, and adhesives, and as a heat transfer media for plastics manufacturing equipment. Bis(2-ethylhexyl) 4-cyclohexene-1,2-dicarboxylate can also be used in reactive extrusion to produce high temperature polypropylene with low crystallinity.
