Description:

Isomucronulatol is a natural compound that has been shown to have anti-tumour effects in vitro. Isomucronulatol inhibits the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting the signal pathways involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis. This compound also has immunomodulatory effects and can inhibit the production of TNF-α, which is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that may be involved in the development of certain types of cancer. It can also inhibit lipoprotein lipase, an enzyme that breaks down triglycerides and cholesterol in order to release free fatty acids. The inhibition of this enzyme may lead to an increase in HDL cholesterol levels.
