It is used as a corrosion inhibitor and has been shown to be effective against chloride-induced corrosion in electrochemical methods. 1,3,5-Tris(4-aminophenoxy)benzene can be used as an intramolecular hydrogen donor and has shown chemical structures in nmr spectra. This chemical also has transport properties and exhibits a constant pressure at high temperatures. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy shows that this compound is nonconductive under all conditions tested.
