Product Information
3,6-Dichloro-4-(pyridin-4-yl)pyridazine is a synthetic compound that has been shown to act as a neuromodulator. It is mediated by the activation of specific protein kinases such as cAMP-dependent protein kinase or Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II. 3,6-Dichloro-4-(pyridin-4-yl)pyridazine has been shown to attenuate synaptic dysfunction in vivo, and can be used for the treatment of neuropathologies.
Synaptic dysfunction can also be caused by an active site mutation in a key enzyme, which may lead to validation studies on the receptor and enzyme.
