Product Information
CH 5450 is a new drug in the class of serine proteases inhibitors. It has been shown to have the ability to inhibit the activity of both chymotrypsin and trypsin, two enzymes that are involved in protein digestion. CH 5450 blocks the action of these enzymes by binding to their active site, which prevents them from breaking down proteins. This leads to an increase in protein levels in the blood and urine, as well as a reduction in inflammation. CH 5450 also has anti-allergic properties and inhibits allergic reactions by blocking mast cell degranulation. The drug has been shown to be effective against many types of cancer cells, such as prostate adenocarcinoma cells, bladder carcinoma cells, and human mesenteric adipose tissue cells. CH 5450 is not active against normal cells because it does not bind to their active sites.
