Product Information
N-(benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-ylmethyl)-2-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethanamine hydrobromide is a molecule that inhibits the signalling of indole. It inhibits the synthesis of tryptophan and other aromatic amino acids. This inhibitor has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of signal transduction in cells and is able to inhibit the production of proteins such as transcription factors, enzymes, and ribosomal proteins. It also increases the production of free radicals through inhibition of an enzyme called tyrosine kinase. N-(benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-ylmethyl)-2-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethanamine hydrobromide has shown IC50 values against various protein kinases.
