Product Information
MK-7622 is a quinazolinone that acts as a non-selective muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist. It is also an allosteric modulator, which means that it binds to the allosteric site of the acetylcholine receptor and enhances its activity. This drug has been shown to have anticholinesterase properties in mice and rats, with efficacy at doses lower than those required for other established drugs.
