Tert-Butyl 4-chloro-2-morpholino-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-7-carboxylate is a broad spectrum herbicide that inhibits the electron transport chain in the mitochondria of susceptible plants. It has been shown to have insecticidal properties and can be used as a pesticide for the control of agricultural pests such as aphids and other insects.
