Description

Bis(4-bromophenyl) sulfide is a ligand that can be used to enhance the efficiency of diodes. This ligand has been shown to enhance the efficiency of photovoltaic cells by up to 20%. The excitons are generated when light falls on the semiconductor, and they are transferred from one molecule to another. Bis(4-bromophenyl) sulfide has been shown to integrate these excitons, which increases the efficiency of solar cells. This ligand also enhances the efficiency of diazonium salts, which are catalysts for reactions like the oxidation of thioacetamide.
