Description:
Ethyl 4-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-thiazole-2-carboxylate is a silicone that is used in the formulation of emulsions. It has been shown to be effective in reducing the amount of hydrochloric acid required for the synthesis of polyvinyl pyrrolidone and olefinic polymers, as well as improving the stability of collagen gel formulations. Ethyl 4-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-thiazole-2-carboxylate has also been shown to have anti-aging effects on radiation induced aging by inhibiting elastin degradation and preventing collagen crosslinking.
