2-(2-Amino-5-methylthiazol-4-yl)phenol is a benzene derivative that binds to the benzene ring. It has a dihedral angle of about 60° and hydrogen bonds with two water molecules. 2-(2-Amino-5-methylthiazol-4-yl)phenol can be stabilized by a hydrogen bond with an amine group, which makes it able to form crystals. The crystal structure of 2-(2-Amino-5-methylthiazol-4-yl)phenol is shown in Figure 1.
