AUNP-12 is a drug that inhibits PD-L1, which is a tumor suppressor protein. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in cell culture and tumor formation in mice. This drug has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects by reducing the production of proinflammatory cytokines. AUNP-12 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to PD-L1 and blocks its ability to bind with its receptor, PD-1. This binding prevents the activation of T cells and reduces their proliferation. AUNP-12 also regulates the expression of genes involved in cellular proliferation and apoptosis.
