Product Information
HUHS015 is a potent inhibitor of prostate cancer cells. It is a synthetic peptide that mimics the structure of an antigen recognized by the T-cell receptor on prostate cancer cells. HUHS015 has been shown to be effective in the treatment of prostate cancer, with no evidence of toxicity or side effects. The anticancer effect of this drug may be due to its ability to inhibit cellular proliferation and induce apoptosis. HUHS015 has shown potent antiproliferative activity in a variety of assays, including DU145 human prostate cancer cells, LNCaP human prostate cancer cells, and PC3M2 human prostate cancer cells. This drug also inhibits the growth and proliferation of other tumor cell lines, such as breast carcinoma (MCF7), lung carcinoma (A549), and melanoma (A375).
