inS3-54A18 is a natural compound that inhibits the activity of DNA methyltransferases. This inhibition leads to changes in gene expression and has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in vivo. In addition, this molecule can bind to epidermal growth factor receptors and inhibit their signaling pathway.
