m-dPEG®15-Amine is a linear, hydrophilic, and uncharged molecule that binds to the active site of the enzyme and blocks its activity. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of enzymes such as protein kinases, proteases, lipases, phosphatases, phospholipases, esterases, and nucleases. The chemical structure of m-dPEG®15-Amine is composed of a 15 carbon chain with a terminal amine group. This product is purified by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and characterized by mass spectrometry (MS).
