Name:
1-(4-tert-Butyl-phenoxymethyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester
Description:

1-(4-tert-Butyl-phenoxymethyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester is a potent antagonist of the estrogen receptor and has been used in animal studies for its anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antipsychotic and cancer properties. 1-(4-tert-Butyl-phenoxymethyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester binds to the estrogen receptor and blocks the binding of estrogens, which prevents the activation of estrogen receptors.
