Product Information
Lerociclib (G1T38) is a potent inhibitor of breast cancer cells with structural similarity to palbociclib. It is an inhibitor of the CDK4/6 complex that is responsible for cell cycle progression at G1 phase, as well as the retinoblastoma (RB) protein. The drug has been shown to inhibit tumor growth and induce apoptosis in xenograft tumor models. Lerociclib also inhibits the growth of cervical cancer cells in vitro and reduces tumor weight in a mouse model by inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis.
