Product Information
EZM 2302 is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor that inhibits the activity of HDACs, which are enzymes that regulate gene transcription. EZM 2302 has been shown to inhibit the growth of leukemia cells in vitro and in vivo. It has also been shown to inhibit tumorigenesis by halting oncogenic signaling pathways and inducing cell death. EZM 2302 has also been found to be a methyltransferase inhibitor, inhibiting the activity of methyltransferases. This inhibition prevents the production of proteins necessary for cancer development.
