Product Information
1H-Indazole-3-carboxamide is a synthetic cannabinoid, which binds to the cannabinoid receptors in the brain. It has been shown to induce cardiac hypertrophy and insulin resistance in mice. This drug also causes nitrogen atoms to bind with iron, which may lead to an increase in schizophrenic symptoms. 1H-Indazole-3-carboxamide has been shown to have antinociceptive properties in mice, but its pharmacokinetic properties are still unknown. The chemical structure of 1H-indazole-3-carboxamide is similar to that of quinoline derivatives such as ethylbenzodioxane and 3,4 methylenedioxyphenylacetone. This similarity allows for kinase selectivity, but the exact mechanism is not known. Nitro compounds can be found in this drug's chemical structure, which may cause problems with potassium ion binding and lead to side effects such as nausea and vomiting.
