Description:
2-Undecenoic Acid is a fatty acid that belongs to the family of unsaturated fatty acids. It is a colorless, viscous liquid with a mild odor. 2-Undecenoic Acid has been shown to be an antimicrobial agent that inhibits bacterial growth by disrupting the cell membrane and damaging the cytoplasm.
