Product Information
Icomethasone is a corticosteroid that is used to treat a number of metabolic disorders. It has been shown to be chemically stable and can be administered orally or topically. Icomethasone is an absorption enhancer, which can increase the absorption of other drugs in the gastrointestinal tract. Icomethasone has also been shown to inhibit serine protease activity, which may lower the risk of cancer progression.
Icomethasone is used for the treatment of skin cancers and other types of cancer, including breast cancer and prostate cancer. It acts by binding to adrenergic receptors on cells and inhibiting the effects of leukotriene receptor antagonists or anti-inflammatory agents. This drug can also act as an anti-cancer treatment by blocking fatty acid synthase, thereby preventing the production of lipid molecules that are needed for tumor cell growth.
