1-Benzyl-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazole is a benzyl derivative that is used in research. It has been shown to be mutagenic and cytogenetic. The molecular structure of 1-Benzyl-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazole consists of a benzene ring with two hydrogen bonds to a nitrogen atom and one hydrogen bond to a dihydrogen molecule. The benzyl group is attached to the benzene ring at the 1 position and the phenyl ring is attached at the 2 position. Derivatives of 1-Benzyl-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazole are also commonly known as dibenzofurans.
