Product Information
Diethyl (1-cyanoethyl)phosphonate is a chemical that is used in the synthesis of β-glucosidase and other enzymes. It is a chiral molecule with two stereocenters, which can be synthesized from diphosphine and chloride. The product can be obtained by using kinetically controlled chemoenzymatic reactions. Diethyl (1-cyanoethyl)phosphonate has been immobilized for use in glycosidation reactions. This immobilization process is done by linking diethyl (1-cyanoethyl)phosphonate to a solid support through its primary alcohol group. Diethyl (1-cyanoethyl)phosphonate may also be used as an analog of phosphoric acid chloride.
