The geometry of the molecule is tetrahedral with an angle of 120° between the two axes. This molecule has also been found to have fluorescence properties, which depend on its solvent environment. The absorption spectroscopy of this molecule was investigated by measuring its optical absorption spectrum under different conditions. It was found that this molecule absorbs light at wavelengths ranging from 190 nm to 400 nm, with a maximum at 320 nm.END>
