Product Information
TAT-GluA2 3Y is a peptide that binds to the GluA2 subunit of AMPA receptors and inhibits glutamate release. This inhibitory effect has been correlated with neuronal death and depression in animal models. TAT-GluA2 3Y has also been shown to disrupt synaptic function, potentiate adenosine receptors, and decrease cellular levels of phosphotyrosine.
