Product Information
- BIIL-260
BIIL260 is a cell-permeant, highly potent and selective inhibitor of ion channels. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of several ion channels, including nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR), alpha-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methylisoxazole-4-propionic acid receptor (AMPAR), and 5HT3 receptor. BIIL260 is a ligand that binds to receptors on the surface of cells in order to initiate a change in their shape or activity. This protein is used as research tool in Cell Biology, Pharmacology, and other life science fields.
