Product Information
6-Bromo-3-(4-bromo-2-methyl-phenyl)-isoquinolin-1-ylamine is a structural analog of pyrazole. It has two phenyl and two naphthyl groups with a substituent on the phenyl group. This functional group has an alkali, which can be modified by replacing one or more of the hydrogen atoms with hydroxide, chloride, sulfate, nitrate, or phosphate ions. The cyclization reaction is a process that occurs in organic chemistry to form rings from linear chains of carbon atoms. The cyclization reaction is catalyzed by either acid or base catalysis. 6BRIYI can be synthesized by reacting 2-methylpropene with 4-(4'-bromophenyl)phenylamine in the presence of triethylamine and potassium tert butoxide in ethanol.
