1-(2-Furyl)-3-buten-1-yl](2-thienylmethyl)amine hydrochloride is a hydrogen bond donor that forms chains and has a cation. It is a white crystalline solid with a crystal structure of anions and chloride. It also has polymer chains which are made up of repeating units in a head to tail fashion and have an x-ray diffraction pattern. The polymer chains form one side of the crystal and the anions, chloride, and hydrogen bonds form the other side.
