(2S)-2-[[(2S)-2-Amino-3-[3-[Bis(2-Chloroethyl)Amino]Phenyl]Propanoyl]-[(2S)-Pyrrolidine-2-Carbonyl]Amino]-3-(4-Fluorophenyl)Propanoi c Acid is a drug that targets cancer cells by inducing oxidative stress and cytotoxicity. It has been shown to be effective against melanoma cells, human melanoma cell lines, and human cancer cells. The drug induces damage to the DNA of the cancer cell by forming interstrand crosslinks. This drug also induces cellular glutathione depletion, which leads to cellular death.
