N-Acetyl-DL-phenylalanine 2-naphthyl ester (NAFEN) is a molecule that belongs to the class of chemokines. It is a potent chemoattractant for neutrophils, monocytes, and lymphocytes. NAFEN has been shown to induce calcium binding and chemotactic activity in cells that have been treated with this drug.
