Product Information
N-(4-Acetylphenyl)-2-fluorobenzamide is a potent inhibitor of soluble epoxide hydrolase. It was shown to inhibit the biological activity of soluble epoxide hydrolase, which is responsible for the metabolism of arachidonic and linoleic acids. This inhibition leads to an increase in the levels of arachidonic acid metabolites, such as leukotrienes and prostaglandins, which are involved in inflammation. N-(4-Acetylphenyl)-2-fluorobenzamide has also been shown to be a potent inhibitor of soluble epoxide hydrolase and is used for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
