3-Amino-1-diphenylmethylazetidine (3ADM) is a dopaminergic antagonist that binds to the D4 receptor. This compound has been shown to have affinity for the D4 receptor and can inhibit the binding of dopamine to its receptors, thereby blocking its effects. 3ADM is a potent antagonist of the dopaminergic system and has been shown to be effective in animal models.
