4-(Aminomethyl)-1-N-Boc-aniline is a linker and apoptotic agent that has been shown to be cytotoxic in vitro to cancer cells. It is an analog of combretastatin A4 phosphate and is active against a range of cancer cell lines, including breast, prostate, pancreatic, kidney, ovarian, and neuroblastoma. 4-(Aminomethyl)-1-N-Boc-aniline has also been shown to be effective in vivo in mouse models of cancer. 4-(Aminomethyl)-1-N-Boc-aniline can be used as an adjuvant or as a single agent for the treatment of various types of cancer. The drug has been evaluated in clinical trials with efficacy rates up to 80%.
