Ambenonium dichloride is a drug that is used as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. It has been shown to have a number of effects on various tissues and organs, including heart tissue, the nervous system, and the muscles. Ambenonium dichloride binds to acetylcholine receptors in the brain and may also be able to penetrate into the central nervous system.
