11-Azaartemisinin is an antimalarial drug that belongs to the class of amides. The drug inhibits the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting peroxide production, which may be related to its effect on x-ray structures. 11-Azaartemisinin is used in clinical practice for the treatment of cancer and can be used for the prevention and treatment of malaria.
