Description

Amino-J-pyrazolone is a synthetic compound that has been shown to have potent anti-cancer and immunosuppressive properties. Amino-J-pyrazolone inhibits the activity of nitric oxide synthase, tyrosine phosphatases, and carboxyesterases. It also increases insulin resistance in mice by binding to the insulin receptor and inhibiting its function. Amino-J-pyrazolone is able to bind with the coagulation protein factor XIIa and inhibit blood clotting, which may make it an effective treatment for infectious diseases. Amino-J-pyrazolone also has estrogenic effects due to its ability to bind with estrogen receptors.
