Acid green 25 is a green dye that has a pH of 3.5 and is used for wastewater treatment. It can be adsorbed onto sodium carbonate, which is an acidic salt, at high temperatures. Adsorption also depends on the ionic strength of the solution, which can be increased by adding magnesium salt to the solution.
