Description

Antazoline phosphate is a pharmacological agent that acts as a vasodilator. It is used to treat allergic reactions and symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as nasal congestion, sneezing, itchy nose, and itchy throat. It has been shown to have an effect on the matrix of tissues in the nose by enhancing the production of fatty acids and hydrogen bonds. Antazoline phosphate also inhibits the activity of dehydrogenase enzymes in vivo. This inhibition prevents the formation of histamine, which is responsible for many allergic reactions.
